When you assume things will work out, something shifts. You stop bracing for impact. You start building with conviction. You make bolder decisions. You move faster. You recover quicker when things go sideways. Not because you ignored the risk. Because you trusted yourself to figure it out when it arrived. That trust is not free. It's earned. Every time you face uncertainty and find your way through, you build evidence. Every time you bet on yourself and deliver, the faith compounds. I call it earned faith.
